WALL CABINET TOPS & BOTTOMS: Needs Verbage Here!1/2" thick particleboard for extra strength and rigidity. Finished on two sides with birch grain pattern. A dado joint and adhesive are used to join the tops and bottoms to the ends, face frame rails and hanger rails.

BASE CABINET BOTTOMS: Needs Verbage Here!1/2" thick particleboard for extra strength and rigidity. Finished on one side with birch grain pattern. The bottoms are joined to the end panels, face frame rails and hanger rails with dado joints and adhesive. 1" x 1-5/8" hardwood floor supports are used to reinforce the bottoms of 27" and wider cabinets. The upper portion of base cabinets are reinforced with nylon corner blocks which maintain squareness.

BACKS: Needs Verbage Here!1/8" hardboard finished on one side with a birch grain pattern. The back is joined into the hanger rails with a rabbet joint and adhesive for superior strength. The backs are joined to 3/4" x 2-1/8" hanger strips.

SHELVES: Needs Verbage Here!All cabinets come standard with adjustable shelves made of 5/8" thick, 47 lb. industrial grade particleboard. The shelves are finished both sides with a water and household chemical resistant resin impregnated laminate, birch grain pattern. The front edge of the shelf is edgebanded with .018" PVC edge banding. Cabinet ends are drilled for shelf supports designed to lock the shelf in position on 32mm increments. Shelves for 27" or wider wall cabinets are supported in the center with a locking shelf clip attached to the back of the center stile. The back of the center stile is drilled in 32mm increments to match the drilling in the cabinet ends. Base cabinet half depth shelves are supported along the back of the shelf with a 3/4" x 1-1/2" hardwood rib for additional strength.

TOE BASE: Needs Verbage Here!1/2" thick-47 lb. industrial grade particleboard finished with a water and household chemical resistant resin laminate, birch grain pattern. The toe base extends from the floor of the cabinet to the bottom of the cabinet and designed to support the bottom of the cabinet and completely enclose the area behind the toe base.Toe base cover trim is available in 1/8" hardwood plywood in the accessories section of this catalog.

DRAWERS: Needs Verbage Here!Sides, back and front of the drawer box are 5/8" thick all wood. The drawer sides, back and front are joined with an English dovetail, glued and pinned. The drawer bottom is 1/4" wood. The drawer bottom is retained in all four sides of the drawer with a dado joint. All joints are bonded with hot metal adhesive. 24", 21" and 18" deep cabinets have 21", 18" and 15" deep drawers respectively.
